He has no idea what a relief it was that he preferred an XBox console for his 8th birthday. No more maddening children's parties.
So ok, the birthday gift came about a full month before the actual celebration, which was at Gateway Mall.
Everyone was there, of course... and yummy food from China Bowl wasn't so hard on the budget either.
Bottom line is, when you see him with such a happy smile, doesn't really matter what type of birthday it turned out to be, right?
